Yay! Finally home. What’s the first thing I do? Immediately go upstairs and weigh myself. What the crap??? Why is this the first thing I want to do?
Left at 8. Still have 3 hours to go to home. That’s what this face says
For those keeping score, that is 6:45 down. 3 to go.
Walking around after dinner last night, I saw a lady sitting on the outside patio of another restaurant eating dinner by herself. I couldn’t help but be in awe of her. I’m able to go to some places by myself at lunch but dinner?? Dinner is right up there on the scary scale of going to the movies by myself.
I couldn’t help but think what a strong person she must be.
Is it just me or do y’all go out to dinner on your own? Are you afraid to go on your own or do you do that already?
GPOYS.
My brother and I at his rehearsal dinner. 4 years ago (I think)
My brother and sister in law are basically peer pressuring me to move to Chicago.
What the crap?
Unless you have a job for me, hush your mouth and be on your merry way
I walked into the spin class we happened upon at the gym and the instructor comes over and says - it’s going to be a good day. We’re doing all hills.
Awesome
Except for the fact that my booty hurt so much in the last 10 minutes I just stood up. The instructor thought I was trying to be a badass. Silly lady.
Good workout. Oh an I have done some form of exercise each day I’ve been in Atlanta. Winning!!
Know what helps you get your exercise in while on vacation? Your sister in law trying put new gyms. I’m hoping we can get there for a class, of not, I’ll hit up the elliptical or something. However it’s pretty awesome when your niece hears the word gym and gets excited yelling “gym! Gym!” and jumping up an down. She has the right attitude.
Day 2 in Atlanta, day 2 of vacation exercise done. 40 minutes of walking after dinner with 2 KILLER hills.
Something is better than nothing. :)
Alright tumblr world. If u do sign up for CrossFit, should I do 2 or 3 times/week?
Benefits? Drawbacks?
Niece was put to sleep, sister in law was headed up to hit a few tennis balls. So I tagged along and swam a few laps. 700 yards. Not too shabby.
Day 1 in Atlanta, day 1 of vacation exercise. Booyah!
