Lol. Brooksy, you are SO right. Why am I complaining about having to go to CrossFit???

I checked out the WOD. 21-15-9 deadlifts and ring dips. The deadlifts RX are 135. I got this!!  If only I could do a ring dip without the band, I could RX the darn thing!  Oh well, it’s good to have (257436863) things to work towards. :)
