GREAT night tonight!

It’s always great for me to partner up when we go heavy because I can be pushed to higher weights than I think possible.

Totally earning my “I PR’d shirt” this week!!

  • Back squat - 165#
  • Push Press - 65#
  • Deadlift - 200#

Woo freaking hoo y’all!!!

My back hurts a little bit - I should have kept the deadlift at 195# but I felt like pushing it to a nice, even, round number. 

This also goes to show that my upper body strength is crap whereas my legs are pretty strong.
